ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

 

Allowance:

The clothing allowance is for a two-year period, starting from the employee's first order date. Employees pay 40% and FCCU pays 60% of your clothing allowance, plus taxes and shipping costs for each order. Repayment to FCCU may be through payroll deduction for up to 12 months with a minimum payment of $10.00 per deduction or you may pay in full, from the order date. If you exceed your allowance, you will be expected to pay 100% of the difference. If an employee orders uniforms after the original order, the amount of the employee's portion must be $50 or more for the amount to be added to the employee's payroll deduction. The repayment term will remain 12 months (no extensions).

 

 

New employees may have a 60-day waiting period before ordering. If an employee terminates their employment and funds are owed for uniforms, the remaining balance must be paid immediately, or will be deducted from the employee’s last payroll check. Employees are allowed to return damaged or defective uniforms only within two weeks of receiving their order.

 

 

Full Time Allowance (30+ hours per week)

Team Member works in office 5 days per week- $500 allowance

Team Member works in office 4 days per week- $400 allowance

Team Member works in office 3 days per week -$300 allowance

Team Member works in office 2 days per week- $200 allowance

Team Member works in office 1 day per week - $100 allowance

 

Part Time Allowance (20-29 hours per week)

 

Team Member works in office 5 days per week- $300 allowance

Team Member works in office 4 days per week- $250 allowance

Team Member works in office 3 days per week -$200 allowance

Team Member works in office 2 days per week- $150 allowance

Team Member works in office 1 day per week - $100 allowance

 

Part Time Allowance-under 20 hours per week-$150 allowance
